Troubleshooting
1. What do the NBN supplied modem status lights show (applicable for HFC, FttC etc.)?
2. Check Wi-Fi modem router troubleshooting section, such as Netcomm NF18ACV (bottom of page)
3. Check NBN Network status and outages, is area affected such as neighbours?
4. Use trace support page for various tools such as speedtest, isolation test, check 1.1.1.1 and big tech websites
5. Test mail via POP/SMTP etc. using a mail client and/or Webmail
6. Reset your NBN modem (using a paperclip for 10 seconds, until blue lights flash)
7. Connect (tether) temporarily via an Android or iOS smartphone with hotspot enabled
8. If using a smartphone, disable Wi-Fi temporarily to use 4G mobile broadband
